Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or after 11am AEST/AEDT may begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on Australia Post and other delivery providers. While we do our best to dispatch orders promptly, Intrinsic Blue⁠� cannot guarantee delivery times or accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party carriers.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

  1. Natural Variations & Change of Mind
    Due to the nature of crystals and home décor pieces, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
    – Change of mind
    – Preferences regarding colour, shape, texture, or crystal variations
    – Minor natural imperfections or inclusions
    – Sale or clearance items
  2. Each crystal and décor piece is unique and may naturally vary in appearance, pattern, tone, or texture. Features such as inclusions, fissures, pits, and markings are part of the organic beauty of natural materials and are not considered faults.
    Please note that product photos are intended as a guide only. As many pieces are hand-finished or crafted from natural materials, slight variations are expected.
  3. Packaging & Care
    Every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged with protective materials to help ensure it arrives safely. We take great care in preparing your order, however occasional damage during transit may occur.
  4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email.
    Please include:
    Your order number
    Clear photos of the item and packaging
    A brief explanation of the issue
    This helps us assess and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
  5. Refunds, Replacements & Store Credits
    Approved refunds, replacements, exchanges, or store credits are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Intrinsic Blue⁠.
    Where applicable, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once the returned item has been received and inspected.
  6. Return Shipping
    If a return is approved, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise advised by Intrinsic Blue⁠. For your protection, we recommend using tracked or registered postage for all returns, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during return transit. Items returned in damaged condition may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.
